Steel Frame Counter Flow Cooling Tower is powerfrugal cooling tower. The single tower can store 800-4000m³/h. There are nine specifications. It has many characters such as good thermal performance, good steady, beautiful appearance, low noise, low cost and so on. It is widely used in oil, chemical industry, metallurgy, generate electricity and so on.

Tower body structure: Tower frame is steel structure. When it is working, the largest amplitude is less than 0.14mm. The steel fitting is galvanized and covered by asphalt for two layer.

Exterior protected construction: It is polyethylene FRP material, light, high strength, anti-corrosion, beautiful and anti-aging.

Wind-cone: kinetic energy recycling, reasonable air flow, high efficiency, FRP material, light weight, anti-corrosion.

Fan: airfoil epoxy FRP blade, reasonable aerodynamic force, large wind rate, high efficiency, low noise, corrosion resistance, etc.

Speed reducer: horizontal, low noise, high efficiency, with oil temperature and swinging alarming device.

Motor: It is designed by Tsinghua university. There are two kinds. One is explosion prevention motor, the other is not explosion prevention. The speed can be controled by manual work or automatic control. It can use high speed when the temperature and humidity is high and down temperature is big. Contrarily, it can use middle speed or low speed. When it ices in winter, the motor can use low speed reversal. For inner the temperature of the tower, the ice can melt. The surrounding will not be polluted for ice.

Filling: The small wave filling is on the big wave filling. Its surface area is large with high redistribution.

Water collector: using HC150-45 off-peak water collector. The effect is outstanding. When it working at high speed, wasted water is less than 0.01%. When it works at low speed, the wasted water can be almost ignored.
