D type bucket elevator
Use and feature: the HL-type chain centrifuge bucket elevator is made up of the movement part(hopper and the traction chain), the upper section with the drive chain wheel, the bottom section with tight chain, the middle chassis, drive device, check brake components, etc. The hopper of the elevator is intermittent, using“check out method”for loading, and “the centrifugal method”for discharging. The traction mechanism of hoist is two ring chains.
Working principle and structure: For different application requirements, the elevator has the following different manufacturing and installing method: 1. There are two types according to the shape of hopper. “S”manufacture method—with a deep-shaped park at the end of hopper. “Q”manufacture method—with a shallow-shaped park at the end of hopper. 2. There are two types according to the forms of discharge opening in the upper section: First manufacture methods—the discharge opening with oblique ring flange. Second manufacture methods—the discharge opening with horizontal ring flange. 3. There are two manufacture methods according to the type of feed opening in the lower section: First manufacture methods—Feed opening’s the slope with the horizontal 45 degree angle. Second manufacture methods—feed opening’s the slope with the horizontal 60 degree angle. 4. There are four manufacture methods according to the position of inspection door which is in the side of the middle shell: First manufacture methods—side of middle shell has the inspection door lies in the bottom left. Second manufacture methods—side of middle shell has inspection door lies in the bottom right. Third manufacture methods—side of middle shell has inspection door lies in the top left. Fourth manufacture methods—side of middle shell has inspection door lies in the top right. 5. There are two manufacture methods according to the position of inspection door which is in the end face of the middle shell: First manufacture methods—end of middle shell has inspection door lies in the bottom. Second manufacture methods—end of middle shell has inspection door lies in the top. 6. There are two installation methods according to the relative position of gearing to elevator. Left installation—gearing is in the left. Right installation—gearing is in the right.
