Flotation Separator Introduction
Flotation separator is applicable for separating non-ferrous metal, ferrous metal, precious metal, non-metallic minerals, and chemical raw materials.
Flotation Separator Characteristics
Our Flotation Separator has the following features: large inspiratory volume, low power consumption.When the flotation separator works, the motor drives the impeller to revolve, so the centrifugal effect and negative pressure are produced. On one hand, ample air is absorbed and mixed with mineral slurry, on the other hand, the mixed mineral slurry is mingled with additive, meanwhile, the foams are thinning, the mineral is bounded with foams, and floats up to the surface of mineral slurry and the mineralized foam is formed. The liquid surface can be adjusted with the height of adjustment flashboard, so that the useful foams are scraped with squeegee.
The floatation separator can be effectively applied to involving the separation of ferrous and non ferrous metal such as fluorite and talc. The machine has an impeller which works to create centrifugal forces in the form of negative pressure. The impellers and stators should be kept at a
distance and should be changed when worn. The bearing in the pumpshould be maintained every three months.
