According to the different cores, Dianfeng high abrasion and impact resistant conveyor belt can be divided into following types: cotton core ( CC), polyester nylon ( EP), steel cord (ST). With updated high strength reinforcement material and the special high pressure vulcanization and other advanced technology, the covering rubber possesses excellent physical and mechanical properties, high adhesive strength and long service life.

Our index is much higher than the abrasion loss requirement stipulated by German DIN22131 and Japanese JISK6369. Compared with the steel cord conveyor belt our company manufactured before, the abrasion loss is greatly reduced and the service life is 1.5 times longer than before.
