Technical Description:

According to the different cores, Dianfeng acid & alkali resistant conveyor belt can be divided into following types: cotton core (CC), polyester nylon (EP) and steel cord (ST). The covering rubber is filled with excellent pH-ene Nitrile material which bears better performance of acid and alkali resistant than the general chloroprene rubber. This belt can work stably under harsh chemical conditions and has long service life.

It is suitable for harsh working environments containing with acid or alkali such as phosphate fertilizer production, sea salt farming, chemical plants, fertilizer plants, paper mills, acidic or alkaline material transportation in cement.

Performance:

It has good fatigue resistance and the strength is not reduced when use under wet state.
