Main Feature:
Long-term RTV-II Composite Insulator anti-pollution Flashover Dope is mixed with Nanoscale high insulating reinforcing material and water-based nano enhancing additives, which make it have the best mechanical and adhesion force. It can tolerate strong sandstorm weather erosion(Such as, in the area of tuyere, electric locomotive ),and improve the flame retardant materials, electric erosion damage resistance,
hydrophobic mobility, washing resistance and surface finish. In order to
solve the requirement of anti creepage and arcing cooling , we mixed the arc resistance agent which was made by ourselves into the formula.
RTV-II are widely used in electrical transmission and transformation equipment for the insulating flashover , it can improve the voltage of the insulating flashover in electrical transmission and transformation equipment. Without cleaning and maintenance, it can save the energy and money. Because of the good quality, it can be used for 20 years(RTV can be used for 10 years). It can tolerate the corona, no burning and detonation, non-toxic and harmless, and no effect to the experiment.

General description of construction:
On the sunny day , wipe the electric porcelain surface, spray this product in
electric porcelain(the dope thickness is 0.4mm+0.1mm); At the room temperature,
surface cured in 30 minutes and completely cured in 24 hours after brushing.
