This Multi Layer Coater is equipped with High vacuum chamber, touch screen, PLC, Electron Beam, Heater, Vacuum gauge, Low Vacuum Pump (Rotary & Booster Pump), High vacuum pump (Diffusion pump ), SQC-310 (Deposition controller ) to be able to measure the chamber’s status at any given moment , i.e. temperature, vacuum requirement range, coating thickness, rotation speed and time required to perform from start to finish by manual or automatic mode.

Optics Coatings: Anti-Reflection coating ( AF film), optical filter, color separation filter, telescope, periscope, microscope and digital camera.
