XCMG XS122 Full hydraulic single drum vibratory road roller machine 12000kg Cummins engine , Dana axle
Features
XS122 is a medium-sized hydraulic vibratory compactor developed on the basis of XS120 with better performance and appearance. Representing XCMG hydraulic vibratory compactors, the compacting performance, driving performance, operating performance, reliability, and maintenance performance represent the highest level of domestic compactors.
Wide view
•The columns at the rear flank are moved to sides. The front and rear of the cab adopts full-glass design, supporting wide view for the drivers.
Comfortable operating environment
•Full hydraulic drive makes operations easy and convenient. The instrument panel accords with the ergonomics, equipped with suspended seat and car radio, making the driving more comfortable.
•The air conditioning supplies comfortable operating environment.
Remarkable compacting performance
•Dual frequency and dual amplitude vibrating system and scientific and reasonable static linear load and excitation force ensure the effective compaction of different materials and layers with different thicknesses.
•The welded convex block drum and fabricated expand the application range, realizing \"one machine, two purposes\".
Outstanding powertrain
•Adopt the imported CUMMINS water-cooled turbo-charged engine, features reliable performance, large power reserve, low oil consumption, low noise, meeting the standard of European II.
•Adopt imported heavy-duty drive axles with NO-SPIN Differential. The drive wheels adopt wide base tyres which have large ground connection area, improving the driving performance, and ensuring good trafficability in any case.
•Hydraulic drive system: adopt the closed anti-slip hydraulic drive system composed by imported heavy-load variable pump and motor, ensuring the good driving performance and high gradeability.
Reliable Electrical System
•The electrical system adopts imported water-proof, dust-proof, vibration-resistant electric connectors for increased reliability.
•Imported maintenance-free battery has high start-up current and good adaptability.
Comprehensive safety protection
•The service brake, parking brake, and emergency brake ensure the travel safety.
•The ROPS cab guarantees the driver\'s safety.
•Anti-slip handrail and stairs and dapple rubber floor prevent the operator from slipping.
•The engine hood supporting system is equipped with safety protection device, ensuring the maintenance technician\'s safety.
•The rotating alarm lamp and reverse buzzer ensure the travel safety.
Excellent maintenance performance
•The alarm device on the instrument panel can supply maintenance information at any time, avoiding the equipment damage, and shortening the downtime.
•The wide-opening tilt-forward engine hood makes the maintenance parts easy to access to. The independent electrohydraulic supporting system controlled in the cab makes the engine hood stop safely at any height, which is convenient for the maintenance.
Application
Road rollers use the weight of the vehicle to compress the surface being rolled (static) or use mechanical
advantage (vibrating). Initial compaction of the substrate on a road project is done using a padfoot drum
roller, which achieves higher compaction density due to the pads having less surface area. On large
freeways a four wheel compactor with padfoot drum and a blade, would be used due to its high weight,
speed and the powerful pushing force to spread bulk material. On regional roads a smaller single padfoot
drum machine may be used. The next machine is usually a single smooth drum compactor that compacts
the high spots down until the soil is smooth, and this is usually done in combination with a motor grader to
get a level surface.
