Description:
4A Zeolite is a synthetic sodium aluminosilicate hydrate with internal diameter of 0.4nm. Thanks to the excellent Ca ion exchange capacity, detergent grade 4A Zeolite can prevent surfactant from precipitating with Calcium ion, which softens water and improves the detergence in the same time.
As a detergent auxiliary, 4A Zeolite is non-toxic, odorless and phosphate-free which is an eco-friendly substitution to STPP.
The synergy between detergent 4A Zeolite and various surfactants including LAS, AE, and AOS etc. can generate incredible effects. Zeolite is compatible with varieties of detergent formulas, and it is extremely stable in the manufacturing process of detergents.
Application:
At present, working as detergent softener, 4A Zeolite is popularly applied to detergent industry like producing detergent powder etc. Simultaneously, zeolite also plays an important role as desiccant, adsorbent or catalyst carrier in the field of Pesticides, petrochemical and metallurgy.
