Pulping system of the pulp molding machine

Main equipments:pulper,2m3,37kw;vibrationscreen,1.8m2,4kw; consistency controller;mixer; pulp pump,water pump,controlcabinet for pulping system,etc.

Forming system of the pulp molding machine

Consist of 4 pcs of forming platens and 1pcof transfering platen. Platen size:1600*400mm. 4pcs of 30-cell egg tray moldscan be mounted on each forming platen(4pcs/cycle). There are 16pcs of formingmolds and 4pcs of transfering molds in total. Forming efficiency:8-10cycles/min;equiped with vacuum auto drain system,auto cleaning system forthe forming mold, preheating system and auto control cabinet.

Drying system

Outline dimension：27080×2650×3600mm;singlelayer conveying chain; heated by section; multi burners; the temperature ofeach section can be adjusted independently; burners with French or Italianbrand. The enery for option: LPG,GAS,diesel oil. Equiped with auto controlcabinet.

Stacking system

The finsihed products will be counted andstacked automatically after drying.

Height Limit Pressor

It will press and make the products morecompact after stacking so that storing and transporting will be more convenientand cost-effective .

Subsidary   

Vacuum pump,55kw, 1set; air compressingsystem: air compressor(22kw,1set),air dryer,air filter and air storage tank.

• The equipments equiped in this production line are supposed to theproduction of 30 cell egg trays. If the users plan to produce egg cartons,cupcarriers or fruit trays etc., they should add the hot pressing,labeling orprinting equipment and other auxiliary equipments.
