Main machine

Main machine ZJW2-11595B,3sets;formingplaten,3sets; hot pressing platen,6sets;platen size:1150×950mm; there are electricheating device inside the up forming platen and both up and down hot pressingplaten; Total

power of main machine: about 219kw×3. After forming the  wet products will be transferred onto hotpressing molds for drying and hot pressing.        

And then it will be cut and disinfectedautomatically.The forming,drying,hot pressing,cutting ,disinfecting processwill be finished automtically and continously and the finished products willcome out directly. Production efficiency:40-45seconds/cycle.Equiped with vacuumauto drainage system,auto mold cleaning system and control cabinet.

Auxiliary facitlities

Vacuum pump, 75kw, 1sets; 22KW,1sets;aircompressing system: air compessor, 37kw 1set;air filter and air storage tank.
