Operational Principle:

When the Symons cone crusherworks, the electric motor passes through the V-belt, large belt wheel,transmission shaft, small bevel gear and large bevel gear, and then takes theeccentric bushing to rotate. The crushing cone axis line rotates under the functionof the eccentric bushing; the surface of the crushing wall closes to and takesaway from the surface of the rolling mortar wall by turns. At the end thematerial is crushed to be the required size to discharge from the output after continuouslashing, extruding and bending in the ring crushing cavity which is made upwith fixed cone and moving cone.
