Thequill shaft uses cast steel. Inside lining can be changed. Rotating big gear isprocessed by casting hobbing. Wear-resisting liner is installed in the tubebody, which has well wear resistance.

Notice of installation andmaintenance:

1 The lubricating oil flowninto the bearing must be clean and sealing must be well.

2 The fresh-installation tyrealways becomes flexible, so it needs to be checked frequently.

3 Notice that whether eachsection of equipment operates normally.

4 Inspect abrasion degree ofeasy wear part and replace the worn part in time.

5 Clear out the barrier atsurface where the under-frame of movable device is installed to avoid that themovable bearing could not move.

6 Immediately stop andinspect reason when oil temperature of bearing raises.

7 If there is impulsive soundwhen rotating gear works, user should stop and inspect immediately to eliminatesafety hidden danger.
