Cement clinker is semi-finished products, which takes limestone, iron material and clay as main raw materials, mixed by appropriate ratio, then burn to melting stage and then cooled down. Cement grinding is the end procedure of the cement manufacturing process, and is also the most power consumption process. The main function is to grind cement clinker to appropriate granularity, forming certain grain size, thus to increase its hydration area and accelerate the hydration speed and finally to satisfy the requirement of cement paste setting and hardening.
Cement clinker grinding mill is the new generation of coarse grinding mill independently developed by our company. It is used in the production of 0-3mm powder. It follows part of the working principles of crushing machine to make up for the size range deficiency of traditional mills, which has become the core equipment for the production of coarse powder particles.
