Bentonite Dryer Introduction:
Bentonite dryer is widely used in building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry and cement industry to dry concentrate fines, slag, limestone, pulverized coal, clay, kaolin and other materials, which has obvious effect on drying kaolin, clay and bentonite. It has an especially good effect in kaolin, clay and bentonite drying. Bentonite Dryer Working Principle:
Bentonite dryer is mainly composed of revolved body, lifting plate, transmission device, supporting device and sealing ring. Bentonite drying machine is a cylinder slightly tilted with the ground. Materials enter into cylinder from the higher side, and then the hot gas and stream flows into cylinder with materials. With the rotating of cylinder, the materials will flow to the lower side. The shoveling plate on its inner wall lifts and throws materials again and again, expanding the contact area between materials and hot air, thus improving its drying productivity and pushing materials forward. The products after drying are collected from the bottom of rotary dryer for bentonite
