Vertical axial flow pump for farm irrigation

ZLD pumps are single stage vertical pump, the liquids flow along with the shaft axis. They are
for pumping water, sewage (or wastewater), and minor corrosive liquids, and the temperature
of transmission fluid is generally no higher than50 °C.This pump is a large flow and low lift pu- 
mps.  They can be used on agricultural irrigation,salt factories,farming,water supply, drainage, 
sewage  treatment, cyclic water transmission for power station, hydraulic lift for dock purposes,
or other water conservancy projectsThen they also can be used on metallurgy,chemical industry    
(special requirements can be designed).It has a wide applications.

1. Double base vertical split structure (see schematic)
2. Impeller passed a static balance test.
3. Clearance diameter between the pump base and the guide vane is 0.5 to 0.6%.
4. The gap between the outer edge of the impeller and impeller chamber is about 0.1% .
    When  the transmission medium is wastewater or impurities ,the gap should be
    appro-priately increased.
5. Rotation: view from the motor, the pump is clockwise rotation.
6. Closed structure: a closed room with open caisson, pump base with circular beam.
    In thecase of large drop on water level , using closed structure, can reduce the installation
    height of L, to avoid the engine room flooded when the water level rising; In addition, due
    to lower   installation height L, thus ensuring the accuracy of installation and reduce costs.
