1.Production Overview:  
IH type single-stage single-priming cantilever caustic soda chemical is a energy-saving substitute for F type corrosion resistant pump of new generation,it is widely used in the fields of chemical,petrochemical,metallurgical industries,foodstuff,pharmacy,synthetic fiber,to convey corrosive or viscous liquid similar to water,pump inlet pressure shall not exceed 0.3 MPa. 
IH type pump can convey media with temperature-20°C-105°C,adopt necessary cooling measures if higher temperature demand.

3.Structure illustration
3.1 IH type chemical centrifugal pump is comprised of pump body,impeller,impeller nut,pump cover,seal part,suspend parts.
structure feature:pump cover is fixed in mid support via front edge,which is gripped between pump body and mid support.pump body is of axial suction,radial discharge,bottom-supported type,it can be fixed directly with base.suspend part is fixed with mid bracket viafront edge,also supported by suspension . As overhaul,there's no need to dismantle inlet and outlet joint pipeline,pump body.
For shaft seal,there're packing seal,mechanical seal and so on,which depend on media character,production procedure.
3.2 Pump is connected via coupling and motor,viewed from driving side,which is rotating clockwise.
