In Winter ,the selection of stone crusher lubricant is very important. No matter what machinery is running in low temperature environment in winter , the users should follow instructions and understand their requirements and prepare the winter construction materials, spare parts, maintenance plan to ensure the smooth construction to go on .

1. Before starting the machine ,conduct a comprehensive inspection of the machine, and warm up the machine .

2. It has low temperatures in winter, the user should always pay attention to the temperature change, before temperatures low to - 10 degrees Celsius, the steel machinery, air compressors, to pump, crane, stone crusher gearbox oil, lubricating oil should be replaced as over -25 # oil. (Due to low temperature , the oil viscosity decreases, so the choice of lubricant is very important the winter )

3. The pump should be laid in the pipeline to follow short line , less elbow joints tight principles to make sure the no leakage of plasma .In the case of low or cold temperature, the pump tube to be insulation, wrapped with rubber insulation materials. The pump be switched on before pumping with hot and humid throughout the pipeline, we must ensure continuous pumping alkaline .

Note: In the event of bearing failure, stopping time is not more than 45 minutes or alkaline segregation occurs, the tube residualshould be immediately rinsed cleanly, and ash and water should be cleaned up promptly .
