The movable crushing plant made by Shanghai Pioneer Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. for processing construction waste with an annual production of 500,000tons, has been put into action. And it supply strong support for the construction waste processing in Chuzhou.

The project analysis:

1. It mainly processes the building waste for village home construction.Scrap wood, metal, plastics and other waste products can be sent directly to the recycle bin. For processing concrete block, cement, and title,half of the largest material can be less than 70cm.

2.The output size requirement for the construction waste: 1-10mm,1-6mm,6-10mm,10-30mm,and 30-40mm.And the size of 1-10mm is the replacment of medium sand, used for plastering mortar; the size of 1-6mm is also the replacement of medium sand, used for masoning mortar; the sizes of 6-10mm, 0-30mm, and 30-40mm are mainly used for municipal roads construction and production of construction waste recycled tiles.

3. The basic flowsheet:

Feeding: the raw materials of 70cm are fed by loaders directly to hoppers, and then into the vibration feeder. And finally evenly into the special crusher for construction waste; Crushing: after a special crusher for waste material by belt conveyor, via iron remover to the vibrating screen;

Screening: the broken materials are divided into 3 item after the vibrating screen. 0-10mm material by belt conveyors to the finished ore bin. Wood and other debris through the belt conveyor to scrap yards. Big materials through the belt conveyors back to the rubbish crushers for second crushing.
