Tundish nozzle can be devided in to Tundish Metering Nozzle and Quick-change Nozzle (Manually changed nozzle,Hydraumatic quick-change nozzle)

Fot Tundish metering nozzle casting time 8-18 hours

Quick-change Nozzles casting time :

Upper nozzle casting time :18-36 hours ,Max record 40 hour .

 Lower nozzle casting time :6-8 hours, Max record 12 hour .
