BA tubes, also known as Bright Annealed steel pipes, are a type of stainless steel pipe that has undergone atmosphere-protected heat treatment, also referred to as bright annealed tubes. During the heat treatment at high temperatures, high-purity gases are used as the protective atmosphere to prevent oxidation and contamination, resulting in the formation of a bright oxide film on the surface of the stainless steel. This treatment not only improves the surface smoothness of the steel pipe but also enhances its corrosion resistance  . They are primarily used in industries such as scientific research, laboratories, semiconductors, new energy, petrochemicals, bio-chemicals, clean rooms, food and beverages, pharmaceuticals, fine chemicals, electric power, photovoltaics, and more, specifically in heat exchangers, and for the transportation of high-purity liquids and gases in pipelines and piping systems
