1.High efficiency of cooling. It adopts thick material layer and advanced quenching technology which improves the output, grade and grindability of cement mill as well as reducing the cost of cement.

2.High ratio of heat recovery. It sends cooling air reasonably according to the distribution rule of material layer. It not only improves the utilization ratio but also guarantees cooling and heat recovery of materials. The secondary wind temperature ≥1100℃, the third wind temperature ≥850℃, the air discharge temperature ≤250℃ and the heat efficiency is 75%.
