Performance Characteristics:

1.With high output, it’s suitable for large active limestone production line. Many kilns with 150-1000t per day have already been built both at home and abroad with good operation and they’re well applied to medium and small-sized limestone enterprises.

2.Rotary kiln belongs to open calcination. It has simple structure and smooth air flow with smoke containing sulfur discharged in time. The sulfur in the fuel is not easy to adhere so products contain less sulfur which meets the requirements of steel making.

3.The rotary kiln can directly calcine fine limestone about 10-50mm. generally, the limestone accounts for 30-60% of the total output while this part cannot be utilized by other kinds of kilns.
