Theexisting size of casting iron floor is 600mm*700mm, 700mm*700mm, 600mm*600mmand so on. The material is QT450-10. The surface treatment is black dippedpaint. The load capacity of each rib is 600kg.

4. Thematerial of the feeders in the picture is Stainless steel, we can also make peryour requirements.

Inregard to the feeder and water cup for piglet, we can offer per yourrequirements. There are Stainless steel, plastic and casting iron feeder forpiglet. In regard to the water cup for piglet, we can offer two kinds.

Inregard to the feeder for sow, we can offer per your requirements. The sowfeeder in the picture is a kind of Stainless steel feeder which is very simple.We can also offer dry-wet sow feeder. There is nipple drinker on the bottom ofsow feeder. We can also offer the separate water tube with nipple drinker forsow. This kind of water tube with nipple drinker for sow is not regular. Itsheight can be adjusted. So, it is very convenient for sow to drink.

5.In regard to the heating lamp, we can offer per your requirements. The heatingcover in the picture is made of FRP (fiber reinforcing plastic). We can alsomake per your requirements.

6.We can also offer you the insulating box (heating box) which is not shown inthe picture.

7.In regard to the beam, we can offer per your requirements. We use FRP (fiberreinforcing plastic) beam for this set of Farrowing crate. We can also offerthe galvanized sheet one.
