3. In regard tothe casting iron floor and plastic floor, we have different specifications andcolors.  We can make per yourrequirements. We can offer special plastic floor for piglet.

The existing sizeof plastic floor is 400mm*600mm, 500mm*600mm and 600mm*700mm. The material isPP. The load capacity of each rib is 200KG.

The existing sizeof casting iron floor is 600mm*700mm, 700mm*700mm, 600mm*600mm and so on. Thematerial is QT450-10. The surface treatment is black dipped paint. The loadcapacity of each rib is 600kg.

4. The material ofthe feeders in the picture is Stainless steel, we can also make per yourrequirements.

In regard to thefeeder and water cup for piglet, we can offer per your requirements.

In regard to thefeeder for sow, we can offer per your requirements. The sow feeder in thepicture is a kind of stainless steel sow feeder. On its top is a kind ofstainless steel hopper. We can offer the separate water tube with nippledrinker for sow, of which height can be adjusted. So, it is very convenient forsow to drink. We can also offer the sow dry-wet feeder. Please check followingfor the picture.

5. In regard tothe heat preservation equipment, we can offer heating lamp, insulating box(heating box) and heating floor which is not shown in the picture.

6. In regard tothe beam, we can offer per your requirements. We use FRP (fiber reinforcingplastic) beam for this set of Farrowing crate. We can also offer the galvanizedsheet one.
