Specification:

1. This glass bottle cola filling line is applied in filling various beverage, like wine, juice, carbonated drinks, etc. It is easily operated with a stable start-up. And it is made of SUS304 stainless steel, ensuring it will be durable, corrosion-resistant and convenient cleaning.

2. Each model has different washing / filling / capping heads, different production capacity. All of the above could be designed as per the client’s requirement. This line has rinser, filler and sealer in one unity, with fully automatic operation.

3. It adopts imported key components, like central control PLC, pressure transmitter, electromagnetic chaos pneumatic servo measurement level, to ensure the stability of liquid surface.

4. It adopts soft backing board unit to ensure a safe and stable automatical filling system. Once no bottle or unqualified bottle builds constant pressure, the valve will close automatically.

5. The part of filling setup has been designed with overload clutch as a protector. It will stop automatically when any accident happens.

6. It adopts accurate high-fluid level control, ensuring filling quality, and uses hermetically pressure filling with function of no foam and not spilling out.
