Description:

1. QHS series drink mixer is designed and made for improving the proportion of water, syrup and carbon dioxide. It adopts foreign advanced technology astatic mixer to lighten water layer, increase carbonizing time, assure mixing result. The complete automatic control system adopts high-quality water pump and SEIMENS electrical equipment and other parts.

2. This machine is suitable for mixing various drinks, such as fruit juice, coca, soft drink, Sprite, air-contained mineral water, etc. It can adjust the production capacity and proportion of water and syrup carbon dioxide and is the main part of the beverage production line.

3. It is made of high quality SUS304 stainless steel, make it anti-corrosion, durable, easy cleaning and good look.

5. PLC controls the pressure in the tanks and the liquid level of this mixer automatically. Any mistake occurs, the alarm lamp will be on and the alarm will ring, then the machine will stop automatically.

6. Enough gas content: The mixer adopts vacuum deoxygenation technology at normal-temperature. Its deoxygenation ratio reaches above 90%. It has a baffle heat exchanger to cool the sugar-water mixture and twice carbonating. So it has a high carbon content.
