It is designed to operate as a CNC machine for the production of spur gears and different type of non-circular 

gears and plate cams.  When using a special cutter, various type of gear clutches and involute splines can be 

produced.  When a helical guide cutter head is adopted, helical gears can be cut and a tail center Equipment is 

added, shaft gears can be machined.  While a tilt worktable is equipped, tapered gears and tapered tooth clutches 

can be cut and the crowned tooth gears can be machined, if a crowned tooth relieving mechanism is adopted on 

the machine.  After making a modification of machine, the gears with face width more than 60mm can be produced.

Description:

1) The machine is a longitudinal layout.  So, the machine bed, column, cutter head and worktable have a better structural and transmission rigidity.
2) It is a CNC machine with three axes control for cutter spindle rotation, worktable rotation and radial movement

of worktable.  Each axis can be controlled separately or simultaneously.
3) A frequency variable motor and a frequency changer are adopted for main movement of cutter stroke.  During

the cutting operation, cutter stroke per minute can be pre-set and changed automatically with CNC programmable

control system.  After finishing the operation of work, the cutter will be stopped at the up position automatically.
4) A double-roller relieving mechanism with special curve cam is used for excellent, reliable and low-noising relief of cutter.
5) High accuracy worm gear and tooth thickness variable worm are adopted for transmission system.
6) A tangent relief is available for worktable, so as to prevent the cutter interference.
7) The driving box is a close type with air filter for extending the service life of each component in the box.  In

accordance with difference workpiece; a balancer should be put on the crank disk to guarantee the balance in high speed.
8) Relief valves and time fixed lubricating equipment are used for meeting the lubricating requirement of each component.
9) A large number of coolant is for the cooling system and the machine bed is designed as a coolant tank with capacity of 240 liter for removing the heat of chips and keeping the reliable accuracy.
10) A separate hydraulic pump station is available for the quick return of oil and preventing the mixture with coolant.
11) The machine is equipped with a nice-looking, safety and easy operation cover and with a chip conveyer.
12) The machine is equipped with MITUBISH, SIEMENS or FANUC CNC control system and   servo system.
13) The machine is equipped with an independent close type electrical cabinet with thermo-exchanger or air condition (option)
14) The cutting accuracy of gears ca-n reach class 6 as per standard GB10095-88.
15) A synchrony relieving mechanism is adopted on the machine, so as to eliminate the relief slot to 2mm of cluster gears.
16) As a special order, the machine can be equipped with an intermediate bed of 200mm without accuracy change.
