1, Working principle:
One end of theV shape blender is equipped with motor and reducer, motor power is transferredto the speed reducer by belt, and then transferred to V barrel by coupling. SoV barrel runs continuously and make the materials mixed by moving up and down,back and forth. This type of V shaped mixer is suitable for case of goodfluidity material, small differences materials, having not high requirement onmixing effect, and having requirement on mixing time. Because material flowsmoothly in a “V” mixing vessel and won't destroy the material original shape,the V type blender is also applicable to mixing easily-broken, easily-wearmaterials, fine powder, block materials and materials with certain moisturecontent.
