4.3 Safety Character

4.3.1 Drum friction test
During drum friction test,any part of test samplr shall or show any sign of flame or glow.The surface temperature of drum shall be less than 325℃.

4.3.2 Combustion best with ethanol blowrorch
Average burming time with/without flame for six test samples with full covering shall be not more than 3s after ethanol burmer moving away.Each individual sample's burning time with/without flame shall be not more than 10s in the same condition Average burning time with/without flamr for six test sampkes with full covering shall be not more than 5s after ethanol burner moning away.Eavh indicidual sample's buring time with/without flame shall be not more than 15s in the same condition.

4.3.3 Laneway Propane buring test.
Length that is completely undanmaged by flame shallby fllame shall be more than 250mm.

4.3.4 Surface wlectrial resistance
Averae electrical resistance of both surfaces shall be not more than 3*10⁸Ω
