1.Construction
The belt reinforcement is a complete layer of solid woven carcass. After dipping the carcass is covered with rubber compound (PVG) or plastic compound (PVC) which is of excellent flame retardant and anti-static.
2.Application
Combustion-resistant & Anti-static Whole PVC/PVG Core Conveyor Belt for Coal Mining does not take off layer and has comnstion retardant,good electrostatic,longitudinal tear-pordoof,waterproof performance.It is used in dry conditions below obliquity 16 and in humid conditions,such as flammable colliery,mine well etc.
