Full-automatic eletroplating cleaning water tratment and recovery equipment, which are suitable for different specifications production lines. This equipment adopts the international advanced technology, separate the metal ion from the waste water, and the water can go back the potcher and recycle, the metal ions after concentration will be added into plating bath directly. This technology have changed the treatment methods of traditional electroplating washings throughly and ensure the washings have the stable water quality, in order to reduce the sewage costs, create economic efficiency, improve product quality, then reach the requirements of environmental protection and cleaning electroplating.
1. Electroplating pure water for electroplating industry
In the electroplating coating industry, in order to increase the cleanness, brightness, adhesion of plating works, the preparation of electroplate liquid needs the electric conductivity of pure water below 15μS/cm, in addition to, when wash plating works, we should wash them with 10μS/cm electric conductivity electroplating pure water. The electroplating industry water-use treatment system includes the pure water system for preparation of electroplating liquid pre-electroplating, rare metal washing water recovery in electroplating washing sewage, electroplating sewage treatment zero discharge system. Generally speaking, system is composed of pretreatment, ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis, ion exchange, EDI equipment and so on, which can meet the requirements of different water qualities in electroplating industry.
2. Technology process of electroplating pure water preparations
Adopt high RO + EDI, the process is as follows:
Tap water → electric valve→multi-media filter→active carbon filter→water softener→middle water tank→PH adjustment system→high efficiency mixer→precision filter→high efficiency RO→middle water tank→EDI water pump→EDI system→micropore filter→water point
3. Equipment features of electroplating pure water
The traditional preparation technology adopts ion exchange resin to produce, but if we use ion exchange resin which needs the frequent resin regeneration, it will consume materials and labor. Our company has gained years of practical experiment, at the same time, we combine the newest membrane separation technology, use low pressure reverse osmosis + ion exchange system(or EDI) to produce the electroplating ultrapure water, this technology has lower operation costs and stable operation, compared with the traditional technology. And this technology is in contrast to the newest technology, which has low cost of construction, and reverse osmosis technology is safe and reliable.
