LTLD-170 large-scale softened water equipment-lavender’s newest development, suitable for high flow water-use 　　Large-scale softened water equipment, Shenyang industry softened water equipment, Dalian FLECK boiler water-use equipment 　　The core parts of multi-stages distributor and controller are from American FLECK corporation LTD, several disk valves can operate automatically, attached tank whose biggest diameter is 3000mm, pipe diameter of inlet and outlet can reach over 6”, production water yield of single tank can reach 110~170m3/h, production water yield of system can reach over 1500m3/h. 　　This equipment has adopted several seperated disk valves which will 　　make the whole system more adjustable, we can clearly see all the control 　　steps in the operation process, which is more suitable for large flow 　　water- use; when we design the system, we have reserved the standard 　　communication interface, we can make many tanks operating at the 　　same time come true, many use one stand by(we can make 10 tanks 　　in parallel, many use one stand by or many use many stand by, the 　　operation status can be changed automatically ). We also can make many 　　tanks in multi-stage and series system, if the feed water hardness is high, 　　we still can get better productin water quality. 　　This product adopted metal pipeline, ABS or PVC materials. Except for automatic regeneration, the controller also has manual regeneration, in order to provide the users with convenience, when the water exceeds the fixed quantity. Provided that water softener is used with water tank water level controller, it must be more economic and secure. 　　I. Single tank time control type, which is suitable for small change of 　　water-use, the water-use time is more fixed, the place can accept intermittent water supply. It needs more or less 2.5 hours without water when regenerates. 　　II. Single tank flow control type, which is suitable for large change of water-use, the place can accept the intermittent water supply. It needs about half passed 2 hours withour water when regerates. 　　III. Dual-tank flow control type/multi-tank flow control type, one use one standby/one standby many use (or use in same time, seperated regeneration), which is suitable for large water-use, the place must be provided continuous water. 　　IV. Dual-tank flow control type, single controller can control two drinking fountain, they are working at the same time, regenerating in proper sequence, which is suitable for large change of water-use, it need to be provided with continuous water, it has the optimum performance and price. 　　Installtion instructions: 　　No need of basis for equipment. But we should pay more attention to the following aspects: 　　1. It must be installed on the horizontal and fixed groung, there is the drainage ditch or waterspout, drain-pipe must be less than 6m and lower than valve body. 　　2. There should be an individual moistureproof power socket within 1m from equipment. 　　3. Regeneration salt tank should be installed close to resin tank, which can make the most use of salty liquid. There should be enough salt content in salt tank to ensure the regeneration circle 　　4. All the inlet and outlet pipelines must have independent support, the valve body can not be used for support. 　　5. At the inlet, pressure meter, filter and air-release valve should be installed, and at the outlet, flow meter should be installed. 　　Brief introduction of FLECK controller 　　Valve element of this cintrol system has the unique design. The core part is consisted of piston, seal ring, seperated bars. Not only it has the good hydraulics performance, but also strong, wear-resisting and corrosion resisting. The brazen valve element is covered a coated of polytetrafuoroethene surface which has small friction resistance and wear-resisting. When the valve works, the valve element is the sole motive part. All of these features can make the performance of control valve stable and longer service life. 　　Full-automatic controller: according to flow or pre-set time, regeneration process can be started automatically. The operator just need to pour salt into salt tank regularly. The softened water equipment would finish other work automatically. The equipment has the low failure rate and long service life, which can guarantee the water quality at the 100% good condition. 　　High flexibility, which can satisfy the user’s requirements: according to the water-use condition, the user can choose single tank, dual-tank or dual-tank system, which can make softened water supply continuously. Meanwhile, the user can choose down flow/back flow regeneration system. 　　Superstrong corrosion resistance: the tank body is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic steel structure, valve body is made of brass without lead and Noryl, non-toxic and no-harm, simultaneously avoid the corrosion from regeneration liquid and severe environment.
