Only perseverance can make great novel machine

Job-hopping, or frequent change of jobs, is becoming increasingly common in China today. As the economy grows, more opportunities for employment are appearing than before. The result is that people, especially young people, are tempted to change jobs frequently, seeking higher salaries or more interesting positions.
Nevertheless, many people prefer to stay in their old jobs. This is partly because they feel loyal to their work units, and partly because they dislike the idea of having to spend much time training for a new job. In addition, although a new job may offer higher pay or more opportunities for promotion, it may be located far from home and be inconvenient to reach.
I think it is a good thing for the workforce to be flexible, so that new demands for personnel can be satisfied quickly. However, if a person changes jobs too often, he or she will cause losses to the employing units. Moreover, frequent job-hopping prevents a person from gaining valuable job experience and developing good work habits.
As we all know, only through hard work can we succeed. Perseverance is very important.
    For all times and countries, every great achievement in anyone's life lies perseverance. Thomas Edison is the great one of the most scientists in the world. When he invented the bulb, he had lost 99times. However he didn't give up, and it was succeed on the 100 time at last. He said:" Genius is one per cent inspiration and ninety-nine perspiration." If we try our best, we will succeed! We should remember that genius is nothing but labor and diligence.
   On contrary, no pains, no gains. A person without perseverance will find nothing. I have a friend. She has widely interests, but hasn't perseverance. Yesterday she liked drawing, today singing, tomorrow maybe playing piano...Just interested in it but without perseverance, how can she get succeed?
    I have been working in a jaw crusher machinery company for years, in my view, one should not give up his dream. Now that he will seek a job, he has to identify what his goal is. Now that having a job, he should persist on it until he felt improved. Based on this principle, our company produced high quality products such as ball mill, vibrating screen and cone crusher, all of which have earned popularity worldwide. All the examples show the importance of perseverance. When you have failed in something, you should insist on it.
