Material Properties:
Corrosion resistance, electrical insulation (especially high-frequency insulation) fine, you can chlorination, irradiation modified, glass fiber reinforced available. Compared with PE, the melting point, rigidity, hardness and intensity of LDPE are higher. Also, the LDPE has small water absorption, good electrical properties and radiation resistance. Relatively, the flexibility, elongation, impact strength and permeability of HDPE are better. The UHMWPE is high impact strength, fatigue resistance, wear-resistant.
The LDPE is suitable for corrosion-resistant and insulation components. The HDPE usually uses for film and the UHMWPE is made into some parts for shock absorption, wear-resistance and drive.

Shaping Properties:
Crystalline material, moisture absorption is small, needn't to fully dry. The fluidity is perfect and is sensible to pressure. High-pressure injection when molding, keeping the material temperature uniformity and the pressure stable, fast filling. Should not use the direct gate to prevent uneven shrinkage and increase the internal stress. Attention to select gate locations to prevent shrinkage and deformation.
The range of contraction and shrinkage are large. Direction is clear and easy to warp and deform. Cooling rate should be slow, the mold need to set cold material point with cooling system.
3. Heating time should not be too long, otherwise it will decompose, burn.
4. Soft plastic parts has lighter side groove, the mold can be forced to strip.
5. Melt fracture may occur. Should not be touching with organic solvents, or it will be cracking.
