These stretchy ruffles chiffon panties made of fabulous nylon chiffon and cotton. Featuring three rows of gorgeous chiffon on the back. One size fits for girls 6 months to 4 years old. Used as either a diaper cover for little ones, or as a panty for girls age 2-4.
