This gorgeous ruffle stretch top is so lovely. Covered top to bottom and front with chiffon ruffles! The shoulder straps and the top are stretchy for a perfect fit. The top is not scratchy at all. These stretchy ruffles chiffon panties made of fabulous nylon chiffon and cotton. Featuring three rows of gorgeous chiffon on the back. One size fits for girls 6 months to 4 years old. Used as either a diaper cover for little ones, or as a panty for girls age 2-4.
