Take gypsum powder production line for example:

20,000 ton/year~300,000 ton/year (basis of calculation :234hours/day,300days/yr)

Boiling furnace technology or rotary kiln technology

4.Fuel: coal, natural gas, heavy oil or light oil (diesel oil)

5.Main materials: natural gypsum rock, desulfurization gypsum, phosphorizaiton gypsum

1. Product quality: reach or exceed the china (GB9776-88building gypsum) requirements.

2. Fineness: 100 mesh-300mesh

3. Bending strength  (have direct relations with raw material) : was 1.8 Mpa; Compressive strength: was 3.0 Mpa.

4. Main relative composition:

Hemihydrate gypsum content:nore than or equal to80% adjustable

The content of dihydrate gypsum: less than5% adjustable

Soluble anhydrous gypsum content: less than5% adjustable

5. Initial setting time: 3 ~ 8 min adjustable; Final setting time: 6 ~ 15 min adjustable.

6. Scale thick: 78 ~ 85% adjustable.
