Common causes of failure and troubleshooting

Fault code	Cause of failure	Elimination method
Err1	system failure	1, not zero, check IC4051 2, the ratio of the coefficient is not about 950, check the IC7650 and peripheral circuits; 3, ambient temperature display minus, adjust the 101 potentiometer and check LM134 (or 334)
Err2	Thyristor out of control	1, thyristor breakdown, replace silicon controlled; 2, there is no trigger signal, check the trigger circuit;
Err3	Temperature display super range	This phenomenon is not a fault
Err4	Breaking even and temperature over limit	1, thermocouple off, the replacement of the thermocouple; 2, thermocouple compensation wire connection is bad or disconnect, then re - edge thermocouple.
Err5	Temperature does not sample	1, check the IC4051; 2, check IC7135.
