A: Sample cost and pastage should be borned by new customer for first time, and sample cost can be

returned after order. Both cost will be borned by us for old customer.

amount can be done by downpayment, and balance by T/T after copy of original sea bill. Or L/C and

value should be paid up in advance for air shipment.
