Renewed high efficiency transformer oil purifier

ZYD series is mainly used to improve the properties of insulation oil. It can remove trace water, gas, particulate matters etc. from the insulating oil effectively and rapidly so as to boost performance of transformers, circuit breakers, mutual inductors, cable and capacitors which has insulation system. ZYD series specialize in purifying branded oil, insulating oil of high voltage and super high voltage transformer. Additionally, it is suitable for treating low viscosity lubrication oil.

ZYD insulating oil purifier is double stages vacuum oil purification system,comparing single stage vacuum oil puriifer, besides vacuum pump, ZYD machine installs roots pump vacuum system which speed up evacuation much faster. The doube stage vacuum insulating oil purifier adopts advancedtwo horizontal vacuum chamber which has large area three-dimensional flash distillation technique and remove water, gas, solids much quickly and completely. After purification by ZYD insulating oil purifier, the oil breakdown voltage can reach up to 75KV.

6. It is humanization design with low noise,deep purification and long time free maintenance to save cost from the running process.
7. Purifiers are equipped with a chain safety protective system,an interlocking of oil drainage system,vacuum system and heating system,which avoids any possible negative impacts caused by mal-operation.
