Series ZYD CN Transformer Oil Filter for Insulation of Transformer Plant is one of the main products of NAKIN company. This machine uses double-horizontal film evaporation technology, integrate with unique and advanced dewatering, degassing equipments. So can rapidly and effectively separate water and gas from oil to improve oil's dielectric strength. This machine has double-stage vacuum system which has two vacuum seperating chambers, strong power of vacuum evacuating, ultimate vacuum value ≤ 5Pa, efficient electric heating system,double-infrared liquid level sensor,interlocked protective system. All these components could ensure the quality of the treated oil and the safty as well as the life time of the machine.

 

At the same time, Series ZYD CN Transformer Oil Filter for Insulation of Transformer Plant is particularly suitable for treating high-grade transformer oil, super-voltage transformer oil and new transformer oil. It can be used for filtration of more than 110V substation live line work onsite. Meanwhile, Series ZYD oil purifier can be used as independent vacuum source with functions of vacuum drying and vacuum oiling.
