The protective effect of safety helmet

When worker’s head is hurt by the falling objects, the cap casing and the cap lining disintegrate the impulse force to the whole skull, then the elastic deformation, the plastic deformation and the allowable structure of the damage of every buffer structure parts of the safety helmet assimilate most of the impact force, thus the force the worker got reduced under 4900N, so that it can protect the worker’s head. The requirement of structural style

1.  The top of the cap casing should be strong.
2.  There should be a structure of hoop to adjust the size (tract adjustment,button adjustment,rotary knob adjustment)
3. The hoop on the forehead should be  ventilated and sweat uptake.
4. The pad around the cap hoop can be made out bar-type, or lump-type, and be left some room to ventilate.
5. The  manufacture factory of the safety helmet must produce it according to the GB2811-2007 strictly.
