Operating instruction

Introduction:

The wood sanders is designed for dry sanding of surfaces of wood, plastic as well as for painter Surfaces.

To prevent serious injury from accidental operation

Turn the Power Switch of the toot to its “OFF” position and unplug the tool from its electrical outlet before assembling or making any adjustments to the tool.

Attaching the Dust canister

The integral dust extraction system collects sanding dust in canister supplied with your sander. For maximum efficiency, the dust canister should be emptied frequently during operation.

Slide the Dust Canister onto the tack of the Sander. Snap it in place using firm pressure, and then rotate it to be locked.(Fig.3)

The collection of the dust will only work if the sandpaper has holes that line up with the 6 dust collection holes in the Backing Pad.

Assembly of the sandpaper

Remove all dirt or foreign matter from the pad.

The sanding papers (fig.2A) are placed directly onto the base plate (fig.2B). The hole pattern in the sanding plate and sanding paper must match.

To remove the sanding Sheet, grasp it at one of the tips and pull it off from the sanding plate.

After considerable use the backing pad surface will become worn, and must be replaced when it n4 longer offers a firm grip.

Dust collection box

Always connect the machine to a dust extractor.

Dust extractors prevent large accumulations of dust in the air in the working environment and dirt collecting at the workplace.

Sanding dust is extracted through the extraction channels in the sanding pad directly to eh material removal point.

The dust is then transferred through the dust extraction purl on the rear of the sander housing into the dust collection box.

Assembly of the dust collection box

1.Push and slide the dust extraction box through the slots (fig. 3) which there are on the sides of the rear housing of this tool and rotate the box blockwise.

2. Make sure the dust extraction box into place and it is secure before begging operation.

3.When removing the dust extraction box, follow the above procedure in reverse order.

4.If the dust collection box is full, remove it from the foal and empty dust.

Before connecting your powertool to power supply, always cheek to be sure switch is not in lock-on position. Failure to do so could result in accidental starting of your power tool.

Switch on the sander by pressing down the switch to position “I”.

Run the Sander for a few seconds before contacting the workpiece.

Contact the workpiece with minimal pressure. If the Sander is not removing enough material, try a grittier piece of sandpaper, If you want to remove a lot of material fast , use a belt sander.

Occasionally check the sandpaper for tears, wear, or fraying. Replace if necessary.

When you are finished, switch off the sander by pressing down the switch to position “O”.

Allow the tool to come to a complete stop before setting it down.

To present accidents, turn off the tool and disconnect its power supply after use. Clean, and then store the tool indoors out of children’s reach.
