Propellor: one set, it is drived by the conveyor engine.

Water pump: we supply one small water pump, and it is drived by the main engine to pump water in the hull in order to keep normal draught.

5.Barge structure and material:

5.1 Steel plate of pontoon outer

Pontoon bottom plate: 6mm

Pontoon shell plate: 6mm

Pontoon deck plate: 3mm

The deck plate is anti-skid.

5.2 Steel plate of pontoon inner

Inside the pontoon, we use 10cm U-bar and angle steel as bone-structure, and in the pontoon bottom we weld a steel plate of 30cm length to strengthen.

5.3 Hopper material

The hopper is made of 5mm steel plate and at the same time, it would be cut into two parts in the middle to strengthen.

Outside the hopper, we use U-bar and angle steel to support it.

U-bar: 8cm, 10cm, 12cm

Angle steel: 5*5cm

6.Other remarks

Around the pontoon, a hand rail is installed to be sure safety.

In front of the conveyor, we install a pulley to lift up and drop down.
