Our company now mainly produce drum sand sieving machine. It can separate sand to 2-5 different sizes:

1.the trommel has two conveyors, which can separate 2 different sizes.

2. the trommel has three conveyors, which can separate 3 different sizes.

3. the trommel has four conveyors, which can separate 4 or 5 different sizes.2. the trommel has three conveyors, which can separate 3 different sizes.

B. DESCRIPTION & ABSTRACT 

Our company produce drum sand screen. This kind of screen is usually used to separate sand and stones. It can be used in sand dredging , mineral mining,  and construction. It is also called sand trommel, sand sieving machine, sand separating machine, stone removing machine, sand screen, sand screening machine, drum sand separator, etc.

It can be installed in the sand dredger to separate stones from sand. If you want to mine gold, iron or other minerals, first you should install one of this machine to remove stones; in the construction, the material should be separate by this machine like sand and small stones.

Maybe you just remove the stones, and maybe you need to separate the material into several grains. If you just need to remove stones, you just need two conveyors, so it is enough, Or you can separate three or four kind of grains.

Also you can choose different sand output, and we can design different machines for you.

If you need to move this machine easily, we can install tyres for you to drag.

If there is no electricity, we can install diesel engines for you.

C. APPLICATIONS & USE

PURPOSE: The sand trommel is mainly used for stone removing or sand separating. It is the first stage in ore dressing industry.

Working conditions: Max. Temperature40℃; Min. Temperature -10℃; Max. Water Temperature32℃; Relative Humidity less than 70%.

D. WORKING PRINCIPLE

The sand drum screen is feed by loader or excavator. The sand is loaded inside the hopper, and drops slowly to the feeding conveyor belt, the belt would send sand to the sand screen, the sand screen has different holes from the head to the end. At the head, the holes are very small, from the head to the end, the holes are bigger and bigger. So the fine sand will drop at the head of the sand screen, but the middle and sharp sand will drop in the middle and end, the waste or stones will drop at the rear. After the material drops down to the conveyor belt, it will be discharged. If you want to mine gold, iron powder, or wash sand, you should install the gold chute, magnetic separator or sand washer under the screen.

1. Packing

All the dredgers and machines have no package. We load all the goods in the container without package. 

If you just order some small parts or engines or machines, we should put the goods inside the woodbox.

2. Loading

We would put all the small parts inside the pontoons or boxes. we would depart the dredgers into several parts, so we can put it in the container. If we can't put it in the container, we have to order the bulk cargo.

3. Shipping

We will choose the cheapest and fastest ship for the customer. if all the goods can put in the container, we won't order the bulk cargo ship, if it can't, we have to order the bulk cargo ship, if you just order several small machines, and it can't be full of one container, we will send it by LCL (less than container load).

1. Delivery

Usually we have no finished dredgers or machines in store. But we can build it as soon as possible. Usually we will build it in 10-60days. The bigger model, the more time. If you want to know the accurate time of delivery, please reply to me.

2. Payment terms

cutter suction dredger: 30% deposit, after pontoons finished, 30%-50%, balance before loading.

Theothers: 30% deposit and before loading, the balance. 

We just can accept T/T. If you want to pay by L/C, please ask us. We will check if we can accept. Thank you.

1. Installation

After the goods arrives at the dredger or machine working site, we will send our engineers to install it for the customer. but we don't afford the installation expense, for example, freight, visa, foods, accommodation, labors, installation tools.  

2. Training

If your workers need to be trained, we also can send the professional operators to train them. but we won't afford any cost of training.

3. Professional workers

If you need the professional workers, we can look for them for you in China, but we won't afford any expense and we should get some commission.

4. spare parts

When you order the goods, you should order some spare parts at the same time and load in containers, if some part is broken, you can change at once.

5. maintainance service

We have no oversea department to supply service. If the dredger or machine can't work, we can send engineers to maintain for you, but you should afford all the maintainance expense.
