Type YA·ZDI Stainless Steel Auto-controlling Distilling Series Apparatus

The Stainless Steel Auto-controlling Distilling Series Apparatus is used to produce distilled water for sanitary units.

I. Product Profile

Heat exchanging of steam is a type of reliable distilling method to produce distilled water of high quality recently. Our electric heating distilling apparatus is a kind of new-generation and upgraded product. It is well designed, easy to operate and safe, its control center is made of high –temperature-resisted plastic material which will prevent people from being hurt. Structure of distributaries is applied in the control device, as the result, problems of the former heating distilling apparatus, like complex to operate, easy to overturn and overflow, are avoided. This series of products are made of stainless steel of high quality and the quality of the water confirms to the National Medicine Standard (2000). It is ideal device to produce distilled water of high quality in hospitals, pharmacy, science and research units, chemical industry and food industry.

II. Structural Features

It is mainly composed of vaporizing boiler, condenser and electric device.

a) The vaporizing boiler is made of stainless steel and the heater at the bottom of the boiler heat the water and produce steam with electricity.

b) Condenser: It is made of stainless steel and stainless-steel-made coil pipes are set in it. The distilled water is produced by cooling the steam coming from the vaporizing boiler.

c) Electric device: Electric control device is used in this part and the water level in the vaporizing boiler is controlled and the heater will not be damaged even there are no water in the boiler.
