Brief introduction

Circulating water multipurpose vacuum pump is the device with circulating water as working fluid, and it adopts jet technology to create negative pressure. According to the appearance is divided into desktop type and vertical type ( vertical type has larger capacity relatively). Desktop type also is divided into anti-corrosion type and stainless steel type, according to motor material. Transparent tank vacuum pump is available.
The pump adopts one modeling shell, small size on the basis of multi-purpose vacuum pump. It has small volume, light weight, beautiful appearance etc characters. Double-meter, double-tap pump and four-meter four-tap, double-side multi-purpose pumps is easy to do visual experiment for teachers as well as to turn off and on for students at any side.

Failure causes

Maintenance method

Without the vacuum

1. Vacuum nozzle is blocked by foreign body.

2. The filter in the lower part of the pump is blocked by foreign body.

3. Vacuum nozzle coil buckling loosened.

1. Elimination the foreign body in nozzle hole.

2. Elimination the foreign objects on the filter, keep the water clean.

3. Tighten the threaded by hand.

Vacuum meter hand do not move or swing

1. The ventilation key way. behind the vacuum gauge is blocked.

2. Vacuum hands swing, maybe the backwater valve leaking or vacuum nozzle leaking.

1. Remove the vacuum gauge, cleaning up the ventilation keyway.

2. Tighten connection plug of each hose, check backwater valve or valve pad, cleaning backwater valves, fastening vacuum nozzles

Does not start or leakage

1. After power on, motor buzzing does not start is blade stuck.

2. The motor does not turn suddenly is the lines of power or insurance have been cut off.

3. Chassis hemp hand, mostly is the line do not secure socket shell or socket did not install the ground wire.

1. Cut off the power, rotate the fan blade in the motor cover helps to move again and then open it again.

2. Check the line, replace fuse, and dredge the circuit.

3. Exclude socket shell phenomenon, add ground wire socket.

Matters needing attention

Because the pump adopt mechanical seal, please add water before use it. It is forbidden to empty running it in case of mechanical seal parts is damaged.
