The worm assembly is case hardened to ensure it withstands heavy loading, which results in a superior quality of oil and cake. The thickness of the cake can be adjusted while running.

This is an extraction machine for pilot testing that will provide scalable results to standard commercial scale machines, with the exception of feed cramming. Cage bars are hinged for easy maintenance.
