The body of oil press expeller is made out of high grade, quality steel. It has a triple reduction gear box with helical gears and a cast steel chamber of four sections. The worm assembly is case hardened to ensure it withstands heavy loading, which results in a superior quality of oil and cake. The thickness of the cake can be adjusted while running.

The oil press expeller takes less installation space than normal machines, oil press expeller is easy to use and requires very little maintenance.

This is an oil press expeller for pilot testing that will provide scalable results to standard commercial scale machines, with the exception of feed cramming. Cage bars are hinged for easy maintenance.
